Owais Qazi
Owais Qazi has been practicing immigration law for close to 15 years. His focus has been on business immigration, which includes employment and investment immigration to the United States. Over the years, he has represented hundreds of corporate and individual clients in their pursuit of E-2, H1B, labor certification, and employment based immigration petitions such as EB1 extraordinary ability applicants, advanced degree professionals (EB2), and skilled workers (EB3).

Afsha Randera
Afsha Randera is Managing Attorney of the Immigration section at Michael Sullivan & Associates based in Los Angeles. With nine offices throughout California, the firm provides comprehensive legal counsel to California employers. As the head of the Immigration practice, Afsha focuses on business, investment, entertainment and personal immigration to the U.S.  She is an author of Navigating COVID-19: A Legal Guide for California Employers – a leading resource for employment law, immigration law, and workers’ compensation.
